Michael Dillard is a Staff Development Trainer and Wellness Consultant with over 19 years related experience.  He has worked in mental health with the dual diagnosed population for 13 years providing psychosocial education/stress management, anger management, parenting training, cognitive behavioral change, and trauma intervention.  Michael has taught non-violent self protection/control techniques for over 25 years, including security and safety applications.

Clint has been working directly with people counseling and coaching them since 1992.  His years of experience working with families, children, teenagers, and couples give him a uniques perspective on how relationships work and the tools that can be used to solve problems that relationships and people encounter in life.  Clint's work in the world of church, ministry, the psychological and the spiritual also gives him a unique experience of understanding how living and using the integration of psychological and spiritual principles can bring peace, and purpose to all of our relationships in mental health settings.

Marquetta Smith is a Master's level Social Worker with 13 years’ experience in Social Services and Community Development. Her comprehensive knowledge in various fields of social work such as Community Outreach, Hospice, Foster Care, Adoptions, Home Health, Residential Care and Domestic Violence; has helped her develop many social service programs throughout her career. Her latest achievement was developing and implementing a Domestic Violence state prison Batterers Intervention program and a support group for victims and children who have been in abusive relationships.

Dr. R. Johnson-Verwayne is a licensed clinical psychologist and the founder of Standard of Care Psychological Services, LLC, in Atlanta, GA. Dr. Johnson was born and raised in Newport News, VA. She attended North Carolina A&T State University and earned her bachelor's degree in psychology in 1999, graduating with highest honors. She earned her master's (2003) and doctorate in clinical psychology (2006) at the Georgia School of Professional Psychology.
